Flawless! I contacted Fix My Credit to assist with removing 4 defaults from my credit file, totalling just under $4000, initially I spoke with Waan to talk about the process. Waan was fantastic and personable!Once I agreed to proceed, Nikki handled everything from start to finish and was beyond flawless in her professionalism, communication and honesty in regards to the process. Nikki treated my finances like it was her own and fought relentlessly to have my credit record cleaned. I was faced with a 9% interest rate if I went ahead with my home loan prior to contacting Fix My Credit, I will now be paying the same rate as most Australians and that has changed the next 20 years of my life in a positive way whilst saving tens of thousands of dollars! My family will forever be grateful - this truly changed the course of our lives for the better. I can now purchase my first home!THANKS NIKKI, WAAN AND FIX MY CREDIT

We were referred to Fix My Credit for a second opinion after another credit repair company had little confidence in being able to successfully fix my partner’s credit issues.Once we started the process with Fix My Credit, we were immediately assigned to Nikki who was an absolute star. She was so communicative and successfully managed to resolve all issues from my partner’s report, including negotiation on our behalf to get us the best deals. We are now successfully approved for a mortgage! I cannot recommend Nikki and Fix My Credit enough!

Life changer for me.Fix my credit were totally honest with me, in saying that this process is not 100% guaranteed.Which made me very sceptical about paying the fees for there services.Within about 6 weeks, Fix my credit has terminated all of my bad credit history.I can now get finance for whatever I need.Up you go Fix my credit.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have had a great experience working with Sam and the team at Fix My Credit. I was recommended to them by my mortgage broker (freedom loans) as I had a few issues on my credit file stopping me from getting the best interest rates. After a quite in depth conversation with Sam it was determined that there was a high chance they would be able to clear most of my file. Within a short period I had confirmation that they were able to clear all the defaults from my credit file. They are honest and no nonsense and if you have faults or other issues on your credit file I would highly recommend you call them and see if they can help you. Getting this done has relieved a lot of financial stress for me.

Received a phone call within minutes of being introduced via email. Sam was efficient and quick with asking and answering questions, explained the process and how things were going to proceed. Once they understood my situation, Sam and his team got to work. I was then passed on to Nikki who after introducing herself said she would get onto the paper work immediately. After 24hrs Nikki phoned with the good news. Super impressed with the the team who worked on my file and how easy they made the process feel. Highly recommend them.

The most remarkable prompt service you will find in Australia regarding anything credit related!The team from fix my credit were nothing short of excellent, from the first point of contact to the last phone call from the manager calling to confirm the success of clearing all defaults. I hope who ever reads this understands there is businesses out there to genuinely help you and not just charge a fee. They have payment plans to help and not only that full time support. This is my first experience with a credit repair company and the process couldn’t have been better! Sam and his team were very understanding of our credit situation and stepped through things really patiently and clearly. Got our file cleared in 2-3 weeks! Last week I had the amazing phone call saying that Fix My Credit had been able to get the defaults on my file removed. It literally took them just 24 hours to have the companies agree to remove the defaults. Seriously professional, polite and communicative team. Sam and Danni were absolutely wonderful. My default was taken care of in less than a week and off my credit the following week. I just got a loan for my new dream car at a great rate of 6.5% thanks to their help. I was looking at 22% on a loan before their help. After being burdened by old defaults that i was in the process of paying off still affecting my ability to borrow money, I contacted sam from fix my credit, from the first phone call i felt very informed and up to date, we arranged a payment plan to pay off the fee. Once paid i was assigned danni who is a miracle worker! She kept me up to date with every step, she ensured i understood what was happening AND SHE HAD 6 DEFAULTS REMOVED IN 2 WEEKS! Right from the start, Sam was understanding when I wasn't able to talk on the phone, he went out of his way to ensure that I felt respected as a person and not just another money figure. Sam was very supportive when it came to discussing difficult details and allowed for extra time to respond.I definitely won the jackpot when I was assigned Danni to my case. Great customer service all round. From the first phone call with Sam to the last email from danni, everything was so easy. Sam set everything up, answered any and every question I had and gave me all the answered I needed. Fix my credit is actually that, they fixed my credit. Danni successfully got my defaults corrected and wiped from my credit history. I was completely unaware and shocked to learn I had a default on my file. I was sceptical at first that fix my credit would be able to help. Exactly 4 weeks after my call to them, and a total of 10 minutes of my time, they have been able to get my default removed. I couldn’t rate them high enough.! What a relief I can now move forward. This morning Danni phoned me to say they had defaults that were incorrect removed off my file. I am so thankful that this is now sorted and I can now purchase my house. This is life changing and I totally recommend Sam and Danni the service is above what was expected with recommendations and phone calls from a financial planner and consultant who is passionate about building a retirement and fund for children and ourselves so the future now looks positive.

Very happy with the service provided. They were able to secure a successful outcome following an error made by a major finance company. The fees charged were very reasonable as well considering the work that was involved and the level of expertise provided. Highly recommended!
